Picked up another nail so it was an easy decision to head over to the Queen’s location for a plug! Once again I had a great experience and was ready in no time at all!! Thanks you guys...Mahalo Plenty!!

Have my oil changed here and they messed up the threads on my drain bolt or the internal threads, which is a major issue! Causing an oil leak and they couldn't even diagnose the problem. So I have to schedule an appointment at the service center. Here they charge me $100 to do a test to see where the oil is coming from and it was coming from the drain bolt that the fast lube messed up. They call my wife and say the car is almost ready, so she heads in. Once there, they have her wait over an hour before they "figured out out" I have major dout it's actually fixed even though they were the cause of the problem they said the fast lube and a service center are separate so we still had to pay for them to fix the problem that they caused. Now I have to pay $200 to clean up the oil spot on the driveway of my rental property. Don't recommend taking your car here cause if they mess up your gonna have to pay for it.

Was heading to Kona for the weekend when I started up Saddle Rd my breaks got hot and wouldn't release. I was able to get back to Hilo to drop off my truck. By the time my weekend was over they had my truck up and running like new. Thanks
