I came in just to check out tires & rims, with options & availability, Teytan (not sure on spelling) within 10 minutes he said he could it immediately & have done in a few hours & it was only an 1 1/2 hrs. I notice detail no grease marks on rims or truck & cleaned tires & put a dressing on tires , I’m impressed Great Service!!!!

Been dealing with Lex for many years in Honolulu. And also since moving to Hilo from Honolulu over 10 years ago. Friendly, helpful, clean waiting area, great coffee, etc. However, time and time again, when retrieving my vehicle, always finding greasy and and or fingerprints upon my door. Always have to wipe down steering wheel and shift lever of grease upon it. Sometime grease scuff marks are also found on the inside door, as well as greasy shoe sole prints upon the plastic runner. If mechanics are too busy to go the extra mile to clean this up, please hire a lot boy/girl to do this. The plastic seat cover and paper floor mat certainly helps. But please don't ignore the other areas. Thank You Very Much.
