Great Service!

Guys are so nice and respectful here. And they do good work. Location is convenient. They offer to take you home if the work is going to take longer and if you don't have time to wait around.

Applaud the guys who helped me get new "shoes" for my wife's van. Fast, efficient and thorough. My wife's van now glides smoothing on these rough roads . Mahalo to Brutus, Isreal and the rest of the braddas for hooking it up.

After waiting almost 4 hours for a scheduled brake check, they installed new caliper bolts in my Jeep because the mechanic I bought it from didnt do it appropriately. Not a week later, one bolt fell out and the other became so loose I could pull it out. Luckily I still had brake power and managed to get it back to them. They fixed the problem (still had to wait about 2 hours this time on my only day off) no charge and said they used lock tight this time (so you didn't the time before??) . No apology or anything. Very disappointed in the service here.

My senior friend needed a saftey check, they tried to say the brake light needa to work and $130 diagnoais. They aaid check engine ligyt on wont pass saftey. What a bunch of liars. If ur a senior, be carrful. Things u dont need will need fixing

This is NOT your typical Hilo tire/service shop...Very professional!!! The customer service reps are friendly and knowledgeable. Employees are dressed professionally. The facility and bathrooms are clean and well-lighted. There’s an air-conditioned waiting area that has a flat screen tv, cameras views of the vehicles being worked on in the service bay, a phone charging station and a coffee maker. They even have a children’s play area nearby to keep young ones occupied while the family car gets serviced. The decor brings a warm and natural, easy-going environment that makes waiting much more relaxing and less stressful. Daniel and his crew really know how to service with excellence!!!

Nice facility and awesome professional workers in the Tire Service side!! They always made sure to follow up for appointments and made me feel like I was a truly valued customer.

I brought my truck in for it's annual safety inspection appointment. Iva informed me it needed front mudflaps and would not pass without them-this saved me having to pay for a failed inspection. I left and bought and installed the mudflaps, and then returned to Lex Brodies for the inspection. Despite my appointment time was passed, Ala got my truck right in and in no time at all I was on my way. Both Iva and Ala were very kind,couteous, and professional. And the coffee was great while I watched the news while I was waiting.

The staff at Lex Brodie’s was awesome. Some of the best customer service in Hilo from my phone call to make an appointment thru finishing my car. I love that I can see the mechanic working on my car from the nice waiting area. The time to get all the work on my car was almost an hour shorter than anticipated. I will definitely be using their services again.
