We brought our truck in for tires. They stated a free brake exam, for some reason the brakes had an issue after we left. I originally left a one star review. Lex Brodies saw the review and contacted me to resolve the issue. In the end they made it right. So I updated the review to 3 stars.

The staff at the Kamuela location is first class, very knowledgeable about tires and the services they offer. They are also very polite and friendly. It's amazing how they can service all the cars that come in when they don't take appointments. They definitely have a great system going and are very efficient at what they do. We take all three of our vehicles there and have never experienced any problems. First class all the way!!!
