Had a flat tire...dropped it off and Josh was nothing but a class act. Took the tire...fixed it...and switched a few tires to get the spare back on the rental where it belongs. AGAIN JOSH WAS GREAT...Rebecca on the other hand ...Not so much....very rude...not a customer service person...Only giving five stars for Josh and the service

I had Lex Brodies change my oil once and they used an impact wrench on the bolt. Now the bolt is over tightened, possibly stripped and I may even have to replace the oil pan. They have cost me a lot of time and money at this point when it should have been an easy $20, 10 minute task to change my oil. The fact is they screwed up and I will never take my care back there. Thanks for A LOT of trouble Lex Brodies Waimea.

Lex Brodies have improved greatly over the years. They are fast with Safety inspections and Lube jobs. Not to mention the nice waiting room with free drinks. :)

I've always had good experiences with the service I've received at this location. I come here regularly for my oil changed and tire rotations. I've also had my serpentine belt replaced in one vehicle and some other work done on another vehicle. Everything has always worked out well. When it came time to purchase tires, Lex Brodie's was much more expensive than, say, Costco, but considering we live nearby and I always get my oil changed here I figured their great customer service and free rotations when you purchase your tires here is handier than me going down to Kona more often than I do. My kiddo and I have spent plenty of time in their lobby, and it's always clean. Today we're watching Harry Potter while we wait. We usually wait in the lobby after we walk around the Parker Ranch center, which is conveniently right next door and has a food court and other stores. Don't forget to check in on Yelp for a discount!

Go there if you want the worst service at a high price (weekend) Oil change and I asked to check my time air pressure becuase the tire low airpressure light was on. Told to come back in an hour. Returned back, paid went to my vehicle airpressure light was still on, went back inside he asked if I could wait 20 minutes then they will check (why not the first time)? Sticker on windshield was blank, why even put a sticker on if you don't write nothing on it? I wonder if they even changed the oil. The costumer service is horrid and professionalism is not there. Management really needs to step in and make changes, will never go back and will never tell anyone to go there. That is not an Aloha experience at all. 2 thumbs down.

I was worried about taking my car here because of all the bad reviews, especially the ones that said they were giving them the benefit of the doubt after reading these same bad reviews and still had a negative experience....but I am glad I gave them a try! It was so convenient since they are right down the road from my house! I took my car in because it needed an oil change and my maintenance minder (Honda CRV 2010) was telling me it needed an air filter and transmission fluid flush too. I wasn't sure about the transmission flush since I thought I had done that fairly recently, and I was hesitant because this service can be a bit costly. But, after I checked my car in the mechanic came out and personally showed me my air filter, verifying it needed to be changed, AND told me that my transmission fluid looked good and he thought it would be good for a while longer :) Everyone that I encountered at this location was friendly, accommodating, and understanding....I am definitely sticking with them for all my car service needs!

Got a flat tire on the way to work. Pulled in to lex Brodies, even though they weren't open yet. The manager, Mike, had just arrived and came up and inspected my tires before he even unlocked the door. He gave me excellent customer service, explained all of my options and offered me a coffee and newspaper while I waited a few minutes for his technicians to get in. The service was fast and friendly and saved my morning. I will definitely be back again. Thanks Mike!

Clinton Provides the WORST costumer service ever. It's like he makes stuff up just so he doesn't have to help you. Everyone else is nice.

Lex Brodie has ALWAYS gone out of their way to take care of me and my car. They are always so very helpful and pleasant. As a single senior I have total trust in their care and service which is really a comfort for me!
