First, I appreciated the internet reminder that i needed to get my safety check done this month. In previous services, your staff had on their own noticed that my safety check expired this month. I certainly had not told them that. Mahalo for noticing that and then sending me the convenient email reminder.

Great customer service from beginning to end.

My truck stalled while driving and wouldn't re-start. It was a mystery electrical malfunction. I had to have my truck towed to the nearest automotive repair facility which was Lex Brodie Kamuela. Chauncy was able to fit my vehicle into their busy schedule even though I didn't have an appointment. The tech made quick work of troubleshooting my vehicle's electrical system and found a light that was short circuiting and causing all kinds of mayhem with various electrical subsystems. My vehicle was fixed in less than 3 hours, and I was back on the road. Thank you Lex Brodie!
