Tim... We apologize for the LONG wait. Your Customer Care Specialist should have been more accurate with the wait time so that you could have determined if you wanted to have the service done or not. A couple days ago I visited Lex Brodie's Waimea because I needed a safety check for our ministry vehicle in order to get it registered. Chauncey greeted me politely like usual, told me that my vehicle would take probably an hour. I left to attend a meeting, came back when the vehicle was done, went to get it registered, upon my return the shop was super busy. My phone was about to die so I told Chauncey I would be back, I was going to buy a charger for my phone because I forgot my charger at home. Much to my surprise they had phone chargers in the waiting room for customers to use!!! Now this is above and beyond for their customers! They also have coffee and popcorn. WOW! Good Job Waimea! Called them to see how much tires were for my car and it was like $190 per tire. Then I called R&G in kona and it was $80 something per tire. What a joke

Hello Dakota, We do offer several tire options for each size. It all depends on what is important to you and your driving style. Some people prefer a good quality tire with longevity. Others just want something that is black, round and holds air. The difference in price can be a 40,000 mile tire that will last you 3 years or a 90,000 mile tire that lasts you 7 years. At LEX BRODIE'S, we give our customers the choice between an entry level tire or a tire that will give them the BEST warranty and ride for their investment. Drive safe! Aloha.... Anita =)

Very clean shop with fast service and a great price for fixing a flat. Even a local dealer recommended going to them to do the job vs. the dealer doing it.

I am a satisfied customer even when you (Mike Ng) were a customer agent and I continue to get excellent service now that you (Mike Ng) is the manager. My recent experience was wonderful. I went into "LB" thinking that I needed a tire balance, only to be enlightened by Josh Deluz that my tires needed to be replaced for safety reasons. The service was FAST and EFFICIENT. It worked out great. I called only a few hours before I had another appointment in Waimea. I dropped it off, went to appointment and picked it up shortly after. It was so efficient.
