This was our first time here. We just moved to the big island and we didn't know where to go for our truck. We took a chance and went to the kamuela location. The staff here are all so nice, knowledgeable, down to earth. Chauncey was great...even had good suggestions for lunch. LOL. I can't remember his first name but his last name is Acdal. He also was very helpful and answered all of my questions. My husband and I are very pleased with our experience there. We will definitely recommend this place. Thank you, Aaron and Ruby Adams.

Awesome Staff!

I went in without an appointment on 10/31/17 after finding a screw in my tire. I was helped by store manager Dustin who took a look at my tire and determined that it could not be repaired but instead needed to be replaced. Dustin was able to find a tire in stock and also squeezed me into their busy schedule! :) Being that I was not from the area, him getting me in early & having the repair done in a little over an hour was greatly appreciated! Diagnosed my starter issue and made fix same day brought it in. Nice people plus good customer service.

Prompt service. Polite and professional. Confident that they repair what is needed and are careful and communicative if they discover something else during the process. No hidden agenda.
