Very professional and thorough at check-in and check-out. The Vehicle Report issued after each service is very valuable to determine what and when to repair items that were discovered during the inspection.

It was pretty quick and easy to get not just an oil change, but a check of many other items on our car. We ended up needing tires, so we got those, too.

Nikkole, John, and Tryton kept a very full waiting area moving and soothed on a Saturday morning, when the oil change center next door was unexpectedly closed. I had an appointment for a tire change, and the entire process went very smoothly. I regularly return to Lex Brodie's Kona for a variety of services and appreciate their hard work and dedication.
