Great service and friendly!

I needed to buy a tire, but then realized I actually needed to purchase four tires. Iva really helped me find what I needed and even put a rush on it since the Kona store didn't have enough of the tires I needed. So I waited one day and the tires were delivered. While they put the new tires on, they also performed a safety inspection so I could renew my registration. I had a nice place to sit outside (the store is too cold for my liking) and they put the four tires on, did a front end alignment and the safety check all in 2 1/2 hours. I was happy with the service!

Lex Brodie’s always provides top of the line service, the staff is very friendly and professional! They don’t make you feel like another number and they explain everything in detail. Plus they are flexible for pick-up/drop-off when you work 7:30-4:30 hours. Amazing customer service! Highly recommend!

Excellent work and service

Gabby was wonderful and I’m grateful for the honest, comprehensive, and expedited service. It was easy and stress free. Gabby was in touch with me from phone call inquiry to checkout experience. Grateful for the new tires and will come back for future needs. Also somewhat surprisingly but I did cost comparison before coming in - and Lex Brodys prices on my tires/service were better than Costco.
