Was super friendly and got what we needed that day

Went in because of a flat tire, they fixed it no charge because I bought my tires there. They found a leak in a second tire and fixed that as well. They checked my brakes and let me know they needed service, and offered to do the job right then since they had the time open. I knew my brakes were getting bad, so had them do the job. Very satisfied.

Fast, convenient, the staff make it a pleasant experience, and the work I have had done there has always been done well.

I was stranded on the hwy with an irreparable tire and had to be towed to Lex Brodie's. After waiting 3.5 hrs for the two truck it was closing time at Lex Brodie's . Tritan was exceptionally nice and stayed open so that I was able to secure my car within the gated part of the lot for the night. They promptly repaired my car and had it ready early the next day which saved my day as I had appointments on the opposite side of the island that day. They did a great job and thoroughly checked the under carriage of my car for possible damage. This is the second time that they went the extra mile to help me when stranded on the road. Thank you!

Top bloody notch!! Three cars here on BI - all diesel. From tires, to brakes, to oil changes - these guys got my back!!

Been going to this location for years with multiple cars. Yesterday I took my brand new Ram 2500 diesel for its first oil change. Everyone there was super nice and complemented how much they liked my truck. I drove to my next location and got out to inspect under my truck for any leaks to find oil everywhere on the passenger side frame and suspension. I drove back to Lex Brodie’s and had the person behind desk come and look. He asked that I bring it back in bay for them to inspect. Turns out that when they removed the original oil filter it requires leaning it over causing oil to spill everywhere. They sprayed some degreaser and washed it clean. The guy who did the oil filter came up to my door and apologized for not cleaning it the first time and the team assured me that would never happen again. This is why i will keep going there, they always make sure the customer is happy.
