Took car in for safety check. John greeted me and was friendly and efficient. Completed the work shorter than the time estimate. All done: handled efficiently and with lots of aloha. These guys have my business!

Great service from the time I arrived at the front desk . I had purchased my tires at Lex Brodies. I had a "nail" in one of my tires. I went to the waiting room where there was a TV to watch, magazines to read, plus cold water and coffee to drink. When the tire was repaired I was told that there was no charge and to have a great day!

I had a semi flat tire on my Miata. The person at the front desk at Lex Brody was great! He said the tire would be repaired at no charge since I had purchased my tires at their location. He was very respectful and told me not to worry and took me to the waiting room where there were chairs, a TV, cold water and coffee. When the tire was repaired he came to the waiting room and handed me my keys and said "Have a great day."

Needed new tires for my Camry, so I stopped by to check it out. Matt was courteous and helpful in choosing a tire of value. Top notch, I was very pleased with the service.
