Went to the Fast Lube in Hilo today and LOVED it! Start to finish, a fast, empowering visit. They acted like I was important and smart. They made me comfortable, and they didn't waste any time!

Took car in for inspection on AC and was advised that Lex Brodies was not going to be able to repair the issue as my vehicle is having an evaporator leak. Instead of just saying that they did not have the capacity to correct the issue, they recommended someone who could. Thanks for the honesty and thanks for caring enough to recommend someone who could address the issue.

My tire indicator came on. I was able to stop by and the rep at Lex Brodie's was very attentive and line up service immediately.

I LOVE these guys for oil changes and car washes too. Last oil change I got there, the guys found that I was behind in my safety check. They got me all taken care of right then and there and even got me a new sticker. Really felt great that they are looking out for my car and keeping me up to date.
