Went into LB today to get an oil change--- Nice tech said my tires on my daughters car were worn. Went next door and talked with Matt about options. He was straight forward and gave me the choice of 2 or 4 tires without a Big Sell either way. I chose 2 tires for the back-- He told me an hour and a half. I asked for a ride to take care of an errand and 5 minutes later Ala, another associate, gave me a 5 minute ride across town to take care of some business I needed to attend to. Ala was super friendly and we shared a laugh. I called an hour later and Ala came and got me. Again, a few laughs. Ala rang up my bill and within that hour and a half I had 2 new tires for my daughter's car--- it was simple, easy and super convienient being given a ride in town. Great Service--- Will come back.
