Do not bring car in for an inspection. Even with an appointment it takes more than an hour. They are clear that the technician is working on other things and once they have your car held hostage an inspection is not a priority.

I showed up on a Saturday to purchase four new tires and this was a usual totally all last minute. When I walked into the store Matt greeted me right a way and asked how he could be of service. He was quick, very knowledgable and professional. He also brought serval issues to my attention that I appreciated. In fact every one treated me with respect and they were very friendly. Even the boys and girls in the service bays especially Joshua were fast and very helpful. It is always a pleasure to deal with a locally owned company and I will be returning.

I was once again very satisfied with the help from each of the employees I dealt with today. I hadn't seen this before: an email sent (while I was in the waiting room) which took me to a webpage with information about what work they recommended for my Toyota today. That was a very nice touch.
