Great service

The guys are always so helpful and attentive to details.

Today I went through the oil change and engine levels check facility first. Then had my tires rotated and balanced (free!) and then filled gas ( at a good price for non-ethanol) and then went through the car wash ( also with a discount applied from the gas fill-up) Totally stoked with each and every experience. I enjoyed the ability to watch my car's tires being rotated on the in-store monitor. A+ service @ all points.

Service was efficient and the early explanation of the work needed and the estimate was right on. The waiting area is well appointed.

Absolutely the best service anywhere. Genuinely caring employees willing to give their best . Thank you John for taking me on a walk in basis and went beyond what I expected. Everyone there is exceptional every time I am there.

They are slow. Guess all you people with all these good reviews lucked out. The Hilo one is way faster. These guys took their sweet time on a lifted truck in front of me and it took two and a half hours to even get to mine and theirs a long line still unto the road. Fast lube? Pffft hardly! Rather go back to their Hilo location where they are fast and professional. Guess you dont get the service you expect anymore from these places even tho they charge an arm and a leg. The reason I tried the Kona location is I was already in Kona on business and wanted to give them a shot. No more. Ridiculous.

Gabby was Awesome! He was efficient and took time to share about the tires selected.

All the employees are very friendly and courteous, and the coffee is excellent. Who could ask for more?
