awesome fast friendly service and the tires were a fair price too.

Very professional staff which answered my questions and assisted me while my vehicle was being towed. Helped me arrange a repair while I was at work with the least amount of disruption to my day. Repairs done quickly and correctly.

Honestly I like how fast the service is but, when they tell you that they filled up you washed fluid and less then a week later it’s empty, that’s straight lying to my face. Not very happy, will probably be finding other places to take my car for service. UPDATE was reached out to by the manager, very nice guy and helped make it right! Thanks for following up.

initially had some Issues/problems but Mike Ng - Director of Front End Development was able to figure everything out with a great solution and I left very happy. I was very surprised and impressed how he handled my concerns professionally and actually turned a bad day into a good one with his resolution. extremely happy and will get all my work done here at the kona location. highly recommended for all your car needs and if you ever have a problem/issue ask for mike, he is a good guy and very helpful.

Super friendly, helpful staff. No B.S. sales on stuff you dont need, they just want to help. Even though I had to wait a few days for my specific tires to arrive, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Good price and warranty too.
