Had a set Appointment. My truck didn't go on the lift till 1 hr after. Truck has been at lex brodies from june 5, 2020. My truck still in the shop going on 4 days. Now they called me saying my truck going be done June 9, 2020. And they disconnect rack and pinion thought it was leaking, but it wasn't. They Had to install it back together .
I'm not quite sure what happened here, but if your truck was in our store that long, it was probably unsafe to drive and they were waiting for a part to correct the issue. We apologize for the extra wait time. Also, regarding your appointment -the time is scheduled days ahead and on the day that you showed up, there may have been a vehicle ahead of yours that took longer than usual. AGAIN, our apologies.
