This was my first time calling in checking on tire stock for my Honda Fit. Louis was very friendly (could feel his smile over the phone) and helped me with securing the tires. He took the time to price it out for me and place the tires on hold. I had contacted two other places before calling you all. Normally, the service center at Big Island Honda takes care of my tires. But since I had a flat, I needed a tire right away and you all had it in stock so I purchased two. When I got to the service center, I was greeted with Aloha and kokua by Gabby. From start to finish, I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. Mahalo Nui

I got new tires here. They had the tires I wanted and they got them on the same day I called to make an appointment. There was a small snafu but Salazar made sure to double check a lot with me and got it fixed very quickly. Wait time (with same day appointment) was 3 hours. Excellent job.
