John was great at checking me and communicating clearly what was going to done and how long it would take! I also love that there are bikes there to borrow so I could run some errands in the meantime! Thanks for the great service!

Came in to change 2 tires, 2 1/2 hours later still waiting for my car to go in the back. I have no luck at this place. 3 hours still nothing, asked to pull my car out can't wait anymore.

SO SORRY BERNIE. =( I inquired with the Store what happened the day you were there and they said they were swamped that day. OUR APOLOGIES for your delay in work getting done on your vehicel. Not our intentions to have our customers wait that long. I guess a large number of customers picked that day to stop in. Hope we are still friends. Aloha.... Your Kona Car Care Team =)
