After discovering one of tires went flat while gassing up, I refilled it and went straight to Lex Brodie's. Waited about an hour. They checked it out and determined that it wasn't safe to drive on. They replaced it and I paid about $20 for the disposal fee on the old tire! Glad I got my "Tiger Paws" at Lex Brodie's. "Thank You Very Much!"

Service was done thoroughly. My car over heater and they corrected the issue. Customer service agents are always friendly and do their best in supporting and caring for the customer. The store is clean with coffee. The bathroom is always stocked with appropriate service items and clean.

My car had to be towed to the Kona Lex Brodie's for a flat tire and dead battery after sitting for over a year while I was on the mainland. I did not have an appointment but was able to leave my car overnight so that they would have ample time to squeeze me in. To my surprise, just a few hours later, I received a call that my car was ready for pick-up. They were able to send someone to pick me up. I was extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend the Kona Lex Brodie's to my neighbors.
