Despite a system glitch that didn't have my appointment on the schedule, the technician was able to get my safety inspection taken care of quickly and thoroughly. He explained everything he was doing to document the glitch so it can be avoided in the future, and my inspection was done in about 15 minutes. Mahalo for taking such good care of me and my car!

The customer service is the best. I’m always treated as if I were the only customer! I know my truck is being well cared for...... why? Because management insists on this and management is hands on, not just sitting in an office somewhere. It’s a good business model that keeps me coming back again and again. There was an issue once, but they made it right immediately. I trust Lex Brodie’s. Especially the Hilo location.
