Having not shipped a vehicle to Hawaii before, I did not expect the ease with which Louis helped me thru the pain! I had heard this would be alot of back and forth with the DOT, HI auto insurance proof, etc. I did need to get local insurance first and from then on it was a breeze with Lex Brodie. Louis helped me to streamline my plan or attack and directed me thru the process with ease. While enjoying the short wait as the car was inspected, and again, while the plates were secured, I observed thoughtful and respectful employees and acts of kindness that left me smiling.
