Based on the feedback, and quick response from management, I would definitely give them another opportunity. Anita from Lex Brodie sent me a message within hours inquiring about my review, and I appreciate the time and consideration she gave my situation. Maybe Later 6/19/2017 Previous review Eh, just ok. I couldn't get in to see my regular mechanic for my oil change so I came here. Was told Eh, just ok. I couldn't get in to see my regular mechanic for my oil change so I came here. Was told 30-40 minutes, was closer to an hour and 15. The young guy that was the cashier.. he was talking so fast, I couldn't understand what he was saying most of the time. He didn't mention when he suggested high mileage oil that it was $20 more than regular oil. He also had dip or chew in his mouth, and in between customers was going over to the hand washing sink and spitting it out. Umm, not very professional at all. I just felt like he spent the whole conversation trying to upsell me. Probably won't come back, maybe just to get my free quarts before my next oil change. And I forgot to check in to get $8 off!
