No organization. There is no reason to run a business so poorly. It’s like they are striving for an experience as frustrating as the worst time you ever had at the DMV on mainland. If so, they are killing it. When I come in for a new tire, why is it that I need to make an appointment to have the tire on the other side checked? This is a tire place. You’d think they would be equipped to look at two tires on one car all in one visit. Waited all day long for the first tire to be replaced. I ended up taking the new tire and putting it on myself. I’d rather visit the Pahoa DMV any day.
