This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I have been back 4 times to get an oil leak fixed. I get it that maybe the first time they thought it was fixed and it ended up being something else. I totally get it but FOUR times is unaceptable. Yes they did a little bit of to rectify their mistake by giving me no cost on labor but still, after this fourth time back to see them I am now sitting in a parking lot broken down because ALL of the oil has now leaked out of my car after this fourth visit. ALL OF IT- one of the part that was put on came apart as I checked under the carriage for massive oil leak and when checking the oil it indicates that there is none in there. The pieces were repaired over an 8 hour span today and they call me as they are closing to come get my car and now it will have to sit in a parking lot where it is inoperable until Monday morning. I am so beyond disappointed, frustrated and completely let down by this company and their 0 star service. I don’t have any words left. I just wanted them to do their jobs. I kept being told over and over to let their “trained technicians” do their job but now I’m out more money and will have to go to another shop in town which is where I should have taken my business in the first place.
PLEASE NOTE: After inspection, it seamed there was oil leaking from various sources. Our technicians changed parts to stop the leak. On her last visit, we changed and installed parts accoring to what the customer insisted -only to find out that there was a hairline crack in her engine block all along. Lex Brodies purchased her vehicle from her since we could not prove that it came in with the crack to begin with. Lesson learned all around.
