These folks run a very efficient and friendly operation. I was experiencing a slow leak in one of my tires I purchased last year. I stopped by, without an appointment, to see if it could be checked. When I found out it was going to take much longer than anticipated, and I had a doctor appointment soon, I decided to leave and make an appointment. However, the wonderful woman who was helping me (sorry, forgot her name) went to the back to check if they could help. And they did. What amazing service from the front desk to the boys in the back. And of course, no charge, since I bought the tires from the. Mahalo Lex Brodies!

Triton is an awesome employee. I think we just experienced possibly the best customer service. Triton was extremely helpful from start to finish. He is very educated in his field of work. Due to previous encounters we were hesitant to go back, but with employees like Triton your company has a customer for life.
