Staff are friendly, competent, caring. Work is done quickly and professionally. No complaints. There aren’t a lot of places in Puna for tires, auto repair, etc. So they can get pretty busy. But staff never loses their cool, and seem to do their best to listen and to attend to their customers’ concerns. Recommended!

From Anita who received my overnight message and set my appointment to Ala in Kona who took care of my car in 2 hrs, to the great free bike around town-I love these people! A++
