A couple of weeks before, I had difficulty filling air in my tires at the Shell Station across the street, so I zipped over to Lex Brodies. I was afraid to run my car anywhere with low tire pressure. Tiana ran a check on my tires for leaks, then refilled them for free. A few days ago, the AC in my Civic was not blowing cold air, I was not able to schedule an appointment sooner than next week. So I took a chance and went to Lex Brodies. Tiana explained how AC works generally and what could be the problem. I was able to schedule the diagnostic test the next day, and the mechanic found an AC condenser leak very quickly and Tiana contacted me within an hour. Because the condenser leak is covered by Honda warranty, Tiana didn't charge me for the diagnostic service and even gave me the Honda warranty in writing. I am very grateful for Tiana's great customer service and auto care knowledge! I would recommend taking my car to this Lex Brodie station and to Tiana Jeff, if you are looking for prompt, courteous and honest service!
