I had a flat and was back on the road in less than 2 hours from my arrival. I had purchased my tires at Lex Brody and included road protection, so the replacement tire was covered. Just a great experience. Given the tire was damaged on the highway, I feared a drawn out wait; instead I was in and out very quickly.

Very professional workers

I was very happy that if one location (Wiwoole) couldnt give me a timely response, the other (Kilauea) location was able to accommodate me. Loved the fact that I didnt need an appointment to fix a flat tire. It took less time to complete than expected.

I have a Canadian Made car and have gone into this Lex a few times before. I am adamant on what parts and liquids I want. Had some problems that to me were bad as I am old and live a distance out All of the staff and Dan were excellent. They listen and they try very hard to keep me happy. Not an easy task so I give them a lot of credit. My last service installed a part that continued to give me problems and they continued to work on it . Dan finally figured it out and replaced the part (under warranty ) I believe people would be very happy with the conscientious service they will receive at this site.
