This was my first time at this location. Had some last minute things going on with my cars and didn’t have any appointments. I came in at 8 am with one car and they were finished within an hour, brought the next car in and they got to it pretty quickly and I was done within another hour. It seemed super busy there and they still were extremely quick and efficient! All the individuals at the front desk were professional and friendly. Made my day super easy and my cars are both fixed and working properly. I will continue to go here.

The customer service is awesome. The service was quick. The waiting area is clean and quiet. I was able to work while I waited. They kept me informed.

From my initial phone call to the appointment itself, the staff at the Hilo-Kilauea store was polite, friendly, and very helpful. And the phone was answered! Many mahalos to all. PS. The sensors started working after I drove the car a bit.
