Super friendly and honest. Brought my kids with me and they were so good to them as well as very nice to me. I had some kind of foreign metal object bigger then a nail stuck in my tire. I forgot about the key for the rim so they asked me to try and find it since they didn't have that special type of key to take my tire off. They also tried to see first if they had a key and they did not so they told me cime back anytime if i find the key. 2 days later I returned with the special key and they were ready to get the metal out. Not even a 10min wait later i heard my name and they told me that it just came out and it was barley a centimeter in with no damage and no leaks. So I was good to go and I went to pay and the nice retired teacher that helped check me in both times in the front office said here is your souvenir and said that it didn't cost a thing because the metal peice practically fell off and they didn't have to remove the tire so really no work was done. I said thank you for the honesty and huge sense of relief knowing that my tire is okay. β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘β‘ a tire repair would only have cost under 35 dollars but to have to replace the whole tire $$$$$ especially for this truck. So thank you guys so much for putting my mind at ease and providing honest and fast serviceπ π π β€οΈ I have also now gone through the express lube area where they fixed my tail lights when the bulb I thought was dead but instead it was something to do with the wires which they unplugged and plugged back in and it magically started working fine. π€£ π€£ π€£ π€£ they didn't charge me for that either. I waited to get the tire checked out (1 month thinking it would cost me an arm and a leg) and it only took 2 days and cost me zero. I waited 1 month with my lights being wonky dreading a repair cost which I wouldn't be able to afford. It took them less then 30mins and zero charge. We have been taking our family vehicles there for the routine services and they are not pushy like some places. Very convenient, no appointment necessary, just drive in and you stay in your vehicle while they ask about your how can we help/what are your concerns/what are you here for today? Convenient, quick, honest, friendly, and awesome service provided every single time! Thank you guys so much for making me no longer dread getting my vehicles serviced, checked, and fixed. So easy and painless I will always return and recommend the new hilo Lex Brodies location and the team that works in the tire center and the express service area.
