We just moved to Hawai’i and took our Outback in for a safety inspection. The customer service reps and the inspector were all extremely friendly! My first visit in the morning they were able to get my car in right away and my second visit (after I brought back registration) there were a few others in front of me but I only had to wait 20 minutes and the waiting area is nice and comfortable.
