We have had our car serviced here for years. Unfortunately, they have recently stopped working on Sundays which is when we typically had our oil changes scheduled for. Just had an oil change appt this weekend for our two vehicles at 8am and 9am. The first car took two hours and the second car took four hours. Way longer turn around than normal which was disappointing.

After taking a tire with a slow leak in four different times to find the leak. The staff could never find the leak. Tire finally went flat and miraculously it cannot be repaired so after a year of chasing a slow leak I'm forced to buy two new tires and wait 3 hours for them to be put on. Should have gone to Costco. Trying to support local biz cost me and extra $500. Feel like I was scammed.

The reason I decided on Lex Brodie is because I accompanied a friend there for a servicing. I decided to switch over myself to Lex Brodie after asking Daron. the service professional a slew of questions. After that interaction I knew he would take good care of all my auto needs so I decided to switch. He puts Lex Brodie in a good light.
