I was very concerned when a low pressure icon appeared on the dashboard of my car. I am not particularly mechanically inclined so I was very unsure of myself when I arrived at the Waimea Lex Brodie tire center. Jan greeted me when I came in to ask for help. She was extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly. She escorted me to the bay where Ezra met me with a huge smile and friendly face. He checked my tire pressure and had me on my way within five minutes with a smile on my face secure in knowing I was now safe. Sharon Peterson

Excellent, professional, and quick service!

From the time I walked in the door (actually from the time I called to make the appointment) to the time I paid and drove away, each employee was extremely friendly, attentive to detail, and clear about each step of the process. I especially like the vehicle report that they text and make available online. It is detailed and quite clear, including any recommendations they make. Couldn’t be happier— and the prices are quite reasonable.

Had a wonderful chat with one of the "old-timers" there. I turns out I knew his parents! Anyway, all of them are great to work with. Very pleasant! However, I do wish we could get a car wash here in Kamuela too! That would be awesome!!
