I needed to replace a front tire on my car and called Lex Brodie Pahoa and they had a replacement tire in stock at their store. Ordered the tire with my name and information regarding my vehicle. After further checking my tires, found that I needed to replace both front tires and removed both tires off my car and left for Lex Brodies in Pahoa. Upon arrival was met by sales rep "Ikaika" who said the original request was 1 tire, but he did have 2 tires and would gladly change request and have both tires installed. Gave me a great deal with the discount of my AAA card and would call me when the tires were installed. I told him I would be back later that day to pick up the tires. I was surprised to receive a call less that an hour later that both tires were ready to be picked up. I got there and inspected my new tires. I noticed that the tires were balanced(hence new weights) and also new valves were installed on the rims. I was very satisfied with the diligent work that was done. What a great team and super efficient job that was done. Thank you Lex Brodie staff and workers at the Pahoa shop for an excellent job.

Excellent service today on our older Toyota Matrix. A/C wasn't moving cold air after the car had stood unused for a month. David and the team at Lex Brodie's in Pahoa took the vehicle in as scheduled and had it back cooling quickly—very efficient, economical, and attentive service. Thank you.

Always a highly educational experience in automotive mechanics, vehicle care and preventative maintenance. 8/23 I dropped off my vehicle at 8am/picked up at 4:30pm; spent the day at home thanks to the complimentary ride service. Steve, the driver that day; asked if I recommended any books. Thinking about what I was currently reading, there was nothing I could offer that was a recommendation for him specifically. A few years ago I read “A Nation of Victims”… if you get a chance Steve, I hope it creates insight, and adds to your understanding of the thought patterns of the average citizen in todays world, as it did for me Thanks for the repairs, as well as the opportunity to connect.
