I have utilized the Pahoa Lex Brodie's service for over five years. The administration is always attentive and informative in regard to the provided services and the service technicians are always cordial and friendly. The appointment scheduling is well thought out, as I have never experienced an extended period of time at the facility while the repairs are completed, rather it is tire replacement, brake drum repair, or yearly safety check, plus I have always been periodically updated of the progress while my vehicle is being worked on. There have been employee changes during the years, but the quality of the work and the communication from staff has never waivered.
