I always put off getting my oil changed and getting my safety inspection done. You can say as a single women, car maintenance is something I absolutely loathe - however, the guys at Lex Brodie's are always so kind and courteous that it makes the chore bearable. In a time when so many businesses in town are closed due to staff shortages and employees are overworked and underpaid, it was great to see everyone at Lex Brodie's working together and looking like they actually were enjoying their job. Thank you LB for making my experience as pain free as possible. I will return.

I went for a safety inspection and there was an older gentleman that checked me in, could possibly be a manager - he was very rude and during our interaction threatened me by saying “I am not afraid to fail you” and just walked off. Super aggressive vibes, body language and eye contact and it made me uncomfortable. The rest of the crew that actually did the safety check were respectful and pleasant, otherwise I probably would have left if it were not for them being present. When I returned for safety sticker he did not say a word, same aggressive demeanor and when I said thank you he just turned and stomped away. What an ignorant man.

As always, your service is thoughtful and appropriate. We are so glad you have a Kona location!

I buy all my tires from Lex Brodie’s and get the pertection plan to go with it...I had a slow leak in one of my tires and took it in to be checked out and the tire was unrepairable so I needed a new tire.The tire I needed was not in the Kona store but they had one in the Waimea store so the managers both helped me out by transferring the tire that day instead of me having to leave my car over night and I was on the road again that afternoon !!!I am so thankful and appreciate them going the extra miles to help me💟I highly recommend Lex Brodie..much aloha
