When they changed my tires, they accidentally broke my fancy double dog leash with built-in shock absorber. I took it in and showed it to them, they said just buy a new one and bring the receipt in. So they get five stars for customer service, with one star deducted because they broke something and didn't tell me.

You guys were awesome, they had my tires mounted in about an hour. Mahalo also to the guys in Waimea who didn’t have the ones I needed but let me know about Kailua-Kona.

The customer service was excellent and the staff is always so welcoming and helpful.
