Prompt, fast service with great communication by the staff. Really a pleasure to have my car serviced at Lex Brodie's.

went in for an inspection today, as usual (i have three cars) i made the appointment, i was prompt, and they got to work on it right away, i dont know it felt like 15 minutes and boom, its done,, no fuss no muss. never have a problem with them. i took my moms car in for inspection, her paperwork was a mess, didnt have the current registration but they inspected it and gave me a couple days to bring in the correct paper work and finished the inspection no hassle.

A great group in the Kona store, everyone is very friendly and helpful !!

Came in for an alignment and oil service. The atmosphere is very positive and my service was completed in a reasonable time, at a reasonable rate.

From checking in with Gabby, than picking up my wife’s jeep and having Tryten explain what he did and what we get for our trusting him with doing the best job. My wife love’s it and is Happy! Happy Wife Happy Life!!

My Honda Odyssey just died and I needed help. They were all very accommodating and got the problem diagnosed. They didn't work on those particular problems and recommended the Honda dealer and that's where it is now If your car is having problems I highly recommend Lex.
