I came in to get a tire rotation which comes with purchasing tires from Lex Brodie's and everything went smoothly. I did not wait and so they called me when it was done and it was done in a little over an hour. Top notch customer service from start to finish.

Lex Brodies Tire are are honest hard working people who are interested in doing the best job possible. They honor your patronage by being honest. They tried to install tire inflation sensors but couldn’t get them to work. Later a Dealership found them to be not functioning. So Lex ,who only charged for the parts, refunded the parts charge. went in for an inspection today, as usual (i have three cars) i made the appointment, i was prompt, and they got to work on it right away, i dont know it felt like 15 minutes and boom, its done,, no fuss no muss. never have a problem with them. i took my moms car in for inspection, her paperwork was a mess, didnt have the current registration but they inspected it and gave me a couple days to bring in the correct paper work and finished the inspection no hassle.
