Staff was great

Fast, affordable service. I was greeted by a pleasant professional, who wrote up the service order & offered me a cold bottle of water. With only one car ahead of me, my wait time was brief. June was a lively technician who serviced the truck. He pulled out the cabin air filter & yikes!!! We agreed it needed to be changed! (Who knew there was a cabin air filter?!?) He was so kind but very professional & kept me informed. June reset the maintenance button without being asked & no one tried to sell me stuff I didn’t need (other filters or wiper blades were determined to be still good). From arrival to departure was less than 20 minutes, and even with the new filter and a fancy car wash it was less than $100. Best bargain on the island.

Thanks for getting me in so quickly to replace the starter on my Frontier! We are done to only one vehicle at the moment and you know how much you need a car on the Big Island! Much appreciated! Aloha!

Free vacuum

Walked in with a screw in my tire on a Saturday. Got me in and out within an hour with a patch free of charge. One of the employees made sure my kids had something to watch on the TV. Great service. Thanks!
