My experience at the Kona Quick lube was 100% better than my visit last year. Last year it was really bad and I was hesitant to go back. Last year they said that they were replacing my bulb in my headlight which I paid for. I was also given a receipt with a man’s name on it. Didn’t notice until I returned home🤨Then a couple of weeks later my son had to replace the same bulb. Also I was never asked which oil change I wanted. So in February of 2022 I went to the Hilo Lex and I had great service. I would continue to use Hilo, but I go to Kona more often so I decided to give Kona another try. I gave 4 stars because I never give a perfect score. But the gentleman that took care of me yesterday I give 5 stars. I will go back to Kona again.

It was busy and hot. But the line moved quickly, staff was fast and efficent even though it was hot with no breeze. A reasonable time later ... drove away with new safety sticker firmly attached.

Nikole is amazing. She really works hard. Unsure how my review for the oil change place was linked to the tire side. Tire establishment is great. Even Iva and Gaby my first time were very kind. Lex Brodie oil change needs to up their game, they're rude from start to finish and never take responsibility when they damage property or overcharge services thet don't perform. Tire side tried to give the best prices for my situation and helpful w tips and gave estimates for things needed.
