10/10 stars if I could. I've had many trips to this spot for various reasons and they've been nothing but amazing and helpful. I wish I had names to list but it's literally everyone I've come in contact with from the car wash - to the office - to the mechanics at the service drive through. I was getting an oil change yesterday (5-8-23) and the gentleman notified me of my safety expiration and helped me get that done with no trouble at all. I've had expired registration / safety in the past and they were so kind and guided me to where I needed to go to get things done. They're truly so professional and helpful till the end. Thank you all :) truly appreciated!

I was able to schedule an appointment and John helped me. He was helpful and friendly. Even when I called because I forgot my appointment time. GABBY the technician I spoke with for the service was incredible. I felt comfortable and didn't feel like I was being pressured into doing anything that wasn't necessary. Gabby explained everything to me and was on top of printing and emailing me all my documents. THANK YOU LEX BRODIE'S KONA!

The guys at Lex Brodie's Kona are always quick, good communicators, knowledgeable, and as a group they have a good checks and balances things going on where they fill in the gaps for one another to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Seems like they have the team-work thing down. I love that they give me a printed reminder sticker for when my next oil change is due and that they have all the records from my past visits - it makes it easy for me and gets me in and out faster.
