Customer service was fantastic from Gaby from start to finish. Picked out the right rims and tires size for my Sequoia. Tryten went out of his way to make sure my vehicle left the shop to his standards as well as mine without me having to ask. Ivy, even though she wasn’t quite open yet she still went out of her way to finish my transaction so I could be at work on time even if the store wasn’t quite open yet at 6:35am. Very pleased with staff and especially the 3 employees mentioned.

Lex Brodie's is awesome. Friendly, effective, and pleasant waiting area. I'm really glad they take appointments for safety inspections. It helped me a lot because I can only take my car in the afternoon when many places won't take drop-ins.
