Susan... When a tire shakes violently its' because you have tire speration. You didn't feel it before the rotation because it was on your rear wheel. Once they moved the bad tire to the front, it was noticable. If not replaced, you will experience a blow-out. I don't know what vehicle make you have, but there are some vehicles out there that require you to change all 4 tires so that it doesn't ruin the drive train. This applies to all SUBARU's. We are just looking out for our customers and do what is right. Not oversell you.

Hello Dianne... Thank you for your consideration for using Lex Brodie's Tire. I looked into your situation. First off, how can you call us crooks when we didn't charge you a cent for the Diagnostic inspection. Our Store Manager waved all fees as a courtesy because you were upset thinking we had ignored you. Your vehicle was looked at before 12. You had scheduled yourself for a TUNE-UP without knowing what was causing your vehicle to run rough and mentioned that there was also a weird noise coming from your wheels. You thought it could be the wheel bearings. Upon a complete inspection of your vehicle: both rear wheel bearings were bad, your valve cover gasket was leaking, Worn Plugs, Oil Pan gasket leak, inner and outer Tie rods had play and your brakes were making noise and an alignment would need to be done if work was completed to fix your current situation. An estimate was made based on their findings and reveiwed with you in full detail. I'm sure it was alot to take in and the work/repairs could have been done over a period of time. All of this is car maintenance, especially for a vehicle that is 12 years old. If we had just done the "TUNE UP" without addressing the oil leak and your vehicle was still running rough, I'm sure we would have been hearing from you that our workmanship was subpar.
