This was a great experience! Booked an appointment and they were ready for us, no waiting to get started. We had tires and oil changed along with a few other areas addressed. Everyone was customer focused ! The work was on time and the shuttle an added plus. Absolutely recommend

Went to replace flat tire, but service determine tire in good shape and only needed bead sealing. Saved money but took a while.

The history of this company is enviable and I am always delighted to deal with their staff who apparently "get it" when it comes to building reputation.

Justin Herd was my rep and he was amazing! He arranged for my drop-off at Kaiser so I could make my appointment and he arranged for my pickup after the appointment. The tires were installed and the car is riding so much better! Will definitely use Lex Brodie's again!

Oh my, since living on this island I have had car trouble after car trouble. The majority of my car troubles seem to be trying to find parts or decent service when I am in a bind. Lex Brodies went so out of the way. They gave me a clear and accurate time line and price quote. Drove into town to take my flat off my car. Drove back to the shop and put the new tire on and then drove back to me to put the new tire on. I then followed the gentleman to the shop to finish the rest of the job. Everyone was so quick and kind. The waiting room had coffee and phone charges. The service rep was helpful in laying out options but not making me feel pressures. These folks are the best!
