Good service, friendly and wait was minimal.

Had a set Appointment. My truck didn't go on the lift till 1 hr after. Truck has been at lex brodies from june 5, 2020. My truck still in the shop going on 4 days. Now they called me saying my truck going be done June 9, 2020. And they disconnect rack and pinion thought it was leaking, but it wasn't. They Had to install it back together .

My diagnosis was detailed and on time..

I showed up early for my appointment but they got me right in, completed the task and I was on my way! I'm always impressed with their service.

John was great at checking me and communicating clearly what was going to done and how long it would take! I also love that there are bikes there to borrow so I could run some errands in the meantime! Thanks for the great service!
