Overall service was great. The young lady that assisted me was very helpful and completely competent. She is definitely a true asset to your company. When I went in to pick up my tire, the young man-Journey I believe-checked me out. When the paper work was completed, he told me the tire was either outside or on the rack and made no effort to assist me further. I found the tire and started rolling it to my car and the young lady came out and assisted me in getting to my car and very willingly put it in the trunk for me. I am a 77 year old man and really appreciated the extra help the young lady provided.

I was very pleased with the service we received, it took longer than expected due to a technical situation but in the end it got resolved. I'm also pleased with Nelmar for taking the time to find what I wanted for my truck and working with us to find the right tires and rims. All in all everything went well.
