I have always been treated well by the staff at Lex Brodie. Today unfortunately they had a new guy working the front counter who appeared to me to be lazy, I came in and there was a young woman also working the front counter, and she was with a customer, but this young man was just standing around and when and never asked to help and when the woman was finished with the customer she helped me and I asked if this guy worked the counter or was a mechanic, and she said he worked the counter. I spoke with the guy who was in charge at the moment about this lazy worthless guy at the counter, and he said he would speak to the manager about it, so I was satisfied. They have a good crew there, but this one guy was a bum who was there to get a paycheck and cared nothing about the company who paid him. Jimmy Buffett sings a song called "It's my job" and it says no matter what your job is, you should try to be the best at it. This young man will fail in life if he does not change his attitude. I was very pleased that the guy who I spoke with did not try and defend the bad actions of a worker like so many people do. The guy in charge and the young woman who helped me are a great asset to the company and a blessing to the customers.
Thank you for your feedback David. We take all feedback to heart and will discuss this with the young man so that he knows how non-verbal communication is received. We appreciate you still giving US 5-Stars for the other 2 employees who helped you with your vehicle. We will all do our BEST to do a better job. Aloha... Anita =)
