Im always impressed with the service at Lex Brodies, and, today was no different. I asked if one of my tires could be checked as it looked like it might be losing pressure. I just had my tires checked a couple of days ago but was concerned that one tire still looked like it might be losing pressure again. They checked to see if there might be a puncture, and, luckily, there wasnt one. As a walk-in, I just appreciated how they took the time to check and reassured me that everything was okay, and, there was no charge for the service. Mahalo for your caring customer service!

Wonderful Thoughtful and Efficient Staff!!! It's my second visit but for a different vehicle and they were just as Outstanding! It started Raining just as we showed up for a tire patch. They provided an umbrella and we took our elderly mother we were hosting to the nearby food shop. The Agent came to I form us of the update because I had missed my call and he went above and beyond in doing so! They informed us the tire was separating in the tread and gave us a Great Deal on a replacement as it wasn't repairable. Definitely Recommend and Appreciate!!!

My car was idling badly, they diagnosed the tumbled box needed to be cleaned. As well as an engine light was on from a transmission sensor. It took a while for the Work to get done, but they were completely thorough about explaining what they were doing. And told me the car was running much better, but not perfect. And said they would replace tumble box with a new one, and not charge for labor. Which was incredible fair . Everyone is incredibly nice and professional. Its a 12 year-old Scion, the idle problems were pretty much eradicated.,, and I was extremely happy with the work they had done.

Stoped in for a safety inspection tag and I was in and out and on my way within 40 min. Great job Lex. Thank you.
