The staff at Hilo Lex Brody's Is outstanding! They are incredibly kind and respectful of clients as well as each other. I find that very valuable. They were efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and prompt. We will always take our vehicles there. Lewis, in particular was very helpful. Good experiences in our day uplift us all. I received excellent customer service thru your staff. The tire I needed was not in stock. The salesman who assisted me was more than helpful in trying to get the tires I needed ASAP. He even called me back just after I left to tell me he was able to get the tires shipped at an earlier date! Apologies I can’t remember his name. Older white male with first name starting with an “L”. I look forward to as great a service when the tires arrive.
