I was so grateful to Lewis Moore who took care of all my needs. When I walked into the shop at 7 :15 a.m. he was there to greet me and actually found out that his computerized system had scheduled me for 3/8/19 rather than 3/7/19 as my text reminder had stated. No worries, he got me in anyway and I got my truck back that afternoon with all the requested services completed !

The service was efficient and the customer care specialists were friendly and accommodating to someone like me who knows little about the mechanics of cars.

Arrived with a nail in my tire and only half inflated. Was taken care of, tire was removed from wheel, plugged, patched from the inside, remounted on the wheel, balanced and put back on my vehicle... Then, surprise, surprise...no charge... Big Mahalo to everyone that helped...you were great! Thanks again, I shall return!
