No lifetime on tires had to buy one tire almost 200 never again

Hello Hayley... OUCH!! I know that can hurt. That is why Lex Brodie's Tire offers a Road Hazard Protection Plan for the tires that we sell to our customers. If you had purchased this, we would be able to honor a replacement tire for the first 50% of the life of the tire. Prorated for the later 3rd of the tires life. Sorry about your damaged tire. Our company has no control over damages from foreign objects, pot holes, curbs, ex-girl friends, etc. =) Safe Travels!! Aloha.... Anita

Great customer service. Waiting room is clean. Water, coffee or tea is provided. They also have Wi fi. Wait time was about an hour, which is pretty good.

They’re in a convenient location and offer free tire rotations when you purchase tires there. They provide a shuttle to get you back to work or make use of their comfortable waiting area. They also offer AAA discounts.

Unexpected problem with starting our vehicle. After getting it jump started, drove to Lex Brodie's and they checked our battery. The battery was not putting out enough power to start the vehicle. A short time later we had a new battery and was on our way.
