Had a flat tire & drove right over. Took care of me right away. Told me in advance they’d try to repair the tire & some circumstances why it’d be irreparable. I also had them check my battery because it was coming up on 5 yrs. They ran a diagnostic & showed me the printout that it was near the end of its life. Had them replace the battery too. All done while I waited - great service!

I trust the crew at Lex brodies will take good care of my Prius -c. They do routine oil changes and take care of the tire rotations. Having an appointment makes it so easy for me to drop off and pickup. Love that they have hours of operation every day.

Amazing customer service!!!

We had really good service the first time we came here but this second time back has been awful. First thing when we came in the guy behind the counter told us it was going to be a long wait because we were an hour late. Luckily, I had the confirmation e-mail that confirmed our appointment was at 11. They were clearly running behind and thought they could blame the customer, thinking we would have no proof. However, even with our appointment and us agreeing to the new tires they up sold us, we are still sitting here two and half hours later and they haven't even started our alignment. If you want to blow a good chunk of your day waiting around this is the place for you. Appointments obviously mean nothing to them.
