Driving out of the parking lot, I immediately notice how much better the car rode with new tires! And the brakes were better... ah, much safer. However, it was the fixed air vents on the dash board that really made me smile, happy. I know that it was a true challenge... and you were up for the challenge. The hunt was on to figure out how to attach and keep the vents working. Success, YES! Thank you, Thank you.

Frank happened to be there on my appointment day while Joe had the day off. I am grateful to have received great service from him as well.
